Anna has an enduring dedication to empowering individuals to achieve optimal health and happiness. Her mission is to provide personalized support that fosters well-being, self empowerment, meaningful connection and growth. In addition to teaching MBSR and "Real Life Mindfulness", Anna has extensive training in Neuropsychotherapy and a passion for sharing evidence based strategies to promote wellness, healthy relationships and overall living with joy and ease.
